In this work, we have measured the Helium-3 diffusion coefficient in human volunteers using a balanced-SSFP pulse sequence. The increase in SNR due to the use of SSFP enabled us to measure the ADC at a diffusion time of only &[Delta]&[ident]500&[mu]s.
