The objective of this study was to evaluate the
reproducibility of high resolution T1ρ maps of human
knee cartilage at ultra-field MRI scanners. Ten subjects
were scanned, at two time points, on a 7T whole-body MRI
scanner for T1ρ data of Knee cartilages. Intraclass
correlation coefficient for T1ρ values in knee
cartilage was statistically significant. Similarly,
coefficient of variation for T1ρ values between two
repetitions was under 4%, which confirm a high degree of
reproducibility of T1ρ maps of knee cartilage at 7T.
