In the current work we us an ultrashort echo time
(UTE-GRE) pulse sequence for MR signal acquisition and
field map estimation within the bones; preliminary
results demonstrate CT-quality quantitative
susceptibility mapping of bone using the proposed
technique both ex- and in-vivo.
