To investigate microvascular perfusion status, changes
of fat content and fatty acid composition in bone marrow
of rats femur after irradiation by x-ray via
quantitative perfusion parameters of dynamic
contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) andex vivo
high-resolution MAS1H NMR spectroscopy
