This work presents an open source simulation framework of spin-3/2 NMR dynamics for isotropic and anisotropic environments, and hard pulses. The flexible, modular structure provides a computationally efficient framework to investigate in detail MR signal characteristics using arbitrary pulse sequences. Comparison of simulated and measured data showed a good agreement for the TQTPPI sequence using 23Na. The simulation framework is available as open source on GitHub (
