Keywords: DWI/DTI/DKI, Prostate
Motivation: TDD MRI could obtain microstructure information of the lesion by using a shorter diffusion time.
Goal(s): To investigate the effectiveness of TDD MRI parameters in the diagnosis of prostate cancer and their correlation with Gleason score.
Approach: The imaging and pathological features of PCa patients were analyzed. The differences in OGSE and PGSE parameters between PCa and normal tissues, the diagnostic efficacy of each parameter, and their correlation with GS were evaluated.
Results: ADC17Hz showed the best diagnostic ability in both TZ and PZ. All parameters of OGSE and PGSE were significantly correlated with GS.
Impact: OGSE has more advantages than PGSE in the diagnosis of prostate cancer, with ADC17Hz performing the best. All parameters of OGSE and PGSE were correlated with GS.
