Keywords: Liver, Visualization
Motivation: Liver-specific Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced MRI is widely used for the evaluation of liver fibrosis (LF). The aim of this study is to propose a method for obtaining more intuitive diagnosis of LF staging through clinical routine images.
Goal(s): The diagnostic value of relative enhancement (RE) map of liver signal intensity (SI) obtained by Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MR imaging for LF.
Approach: Using the Syngo system to calculate the RE map between pre-contrast images and hepatobiliary phase images using a formula.
Results: The RE degree of the liver showed significant differences among the groups and was negatively correlated with the pathological grading of LF tissue.
Impact: This study compares the RE map of liver SI with the degree of LF, which can help us better understand the overall degree of LF and the differences between liver segments.
