Motivation: Reconstruction of highly accelerated cardiovascular MRI is critical, but it is difficult to obtain a standard ground truth for comparing different methods because of the respiratory and cardiac motion.
Goal(s): Acquiring a fully-sampled 4D cardiovascular simulation data and comparing different reconstruction methods.
Approach: Using the phantom generated by XCAT, we compared locally low-rank (LLR), low-rank plus sparse (L+S) and haar wavelet (HAAR) reconstruction methods at 8×~24× under-sampling rates.
Results: HAAR achieved the best performance across all the comparison metrics and under-sampling rates.
Impact: A numerical phantom has been provided, along with the implementation and comparison of three different reconstruction methods. The code is available at https://github.com/AssociatedPrimeIdeal/MRI_TorchRecon

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.
After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.
After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
