Synopsis

Keywords: Analysis/Processing, Segmentation, Atlas, Eye, MR-Eye

Motivation: Lack of standardized tools for spatial normalization in eye MRI

Goal(s): Develop unbiased eye atlases in MRI

Approach: Through image registration, we create eye reference templates detailing healthy eye structures using T1w MR images

Results: Publicly available large-scale unbiased T1w MR-Eye atlases for males (N=594), females (N=616), and combined (N=1210), along with their detailed labels for healthy eye and orbit structures, also projected onto MNI152 and Colin27 spaces

Impact: The publicly provided large-scale unbiased T1w MR-Eye atlases will facilitate spatial normalization and quantitative analysis in the field of ophthalmic imaging, helping clinicians in the diagnosis of multiple ocular diseases, and enhancing our understanding in sex-specific eye anatomy and physiology.

How to access this content:

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.

After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.

After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
