Synopsis

Keywords: Software Tools, Data Processing

Motivation: Slicewise motion correction software tool (SLOMOCO) for fMRI pre-processing.

Goal(s): Public announcement of SLOMOCO software package distribution and its demonstration with a sample data.

Approach: New version of SLOMOCO algorithm and its pipeline were published in a recent paper. The corresponding software package is now announced in public. The software requires AFNI and Python installation.

Results: The usage of SLOMOCO is demonstrated with the included sample data. The included motion indices provide the quality assurance of fMRI data.

Impact: The SLOMOCO software is publicly available. We demonstrate its usage, and the performance is validated with 10 different inter-/intra-volume motion corrupted MR datasets using ex-vivo brain.

How to access this content:

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.

After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.

After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
