Keywords: Endocrine, Diffusion Modeling
Motivation: An accurate and non-invasive preoperative evaluation method is urgently needed to guide the surgical treatment of endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma
Goal(s): this study aimed to apply td-dMRI-based microstructural mapping in predicting risk stratification and proliferation status of EEA , attempting to provide a potential method for non-invasive assessment of the prognosis.
Approach: The td-dMRI data were acquired with pulsed gradient spin echo (PGSE) sequence, low and high frequency oscillating gradient spin echo (OGSEN1: 16.7 Hz; OGSEN2: 33.3 Hz) sequences on a 3.0 T MRI scanner.
Results: The diagnostic potential of td-dMRI microstructural mapping is demonstrated to noninvasively probe pathologic characteristics in EEA in clinical setting
Impact: high-risk and high-proliferation groups had smaller cell diameter derived from td-dMRI compared to low-risk and low-proliferation groups

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.
After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.
After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
