Synopsis

Keywords: Placenta, Placenta, placenta accreta spectrum disorders; magnetic resonance imaging; scoring model;clinical outcomes

Motivation: To investigate the predictive value of a scoring model based on MRI features for placental accreta spectrum disorders(PASDs)and adverse clinical outcomes.

Goal(s): Leveraging MRI features to develop a scoring model that enhances the diagnostic accuracy of PASDs and predicts adverse clinical outcomes.

Approach: MRI reading of patients with pathologically diagnosed PASDs and development of a scale for relevant signs.

Results: The MRI-scoring scale has high diagnostic efficacy for PASDs and adverse clinical outcomes.

Impact: MRI-scoring scale can be used as a valid clinical tool to diagnose PASDs and predict adverse clinical outcomes.
