Keywords: Prostate, Arterial spin labelling
Motivation: Exploring magnetic resonance imaging techniques for non-invasive quantitative evaluation of prostate blood perfusion levels.
Goal(s): Using arterial spin labeling perfusion imaging(ASL) evaluate prostate blood flow, combined with PI-RADS v2.1 scoring and clinical data, to establish a clinical-imaging model for assessing the risk of clinically significant prostate cancer occurrence.
Approach: prospective clinical trial
Results: The ASL sequence can be used to evaluate blood flow information in patients with prostate diseases. Risk assessment modeling by combining prostate blood flow (PBF), PI-RADS v2.1 scoring and clinical influencesand to enhance the diagnostic efficacy of clinically significant prostate cancer.
Impact: For patients with renal insufficiency or other reasons that prevent the use of contrast-enhanced imaging, non-invasive methods can be employed to obtain microvascular perfusion information. Additionally, enhancing the diagnostic efficiency for prostate cancer, reducing healthcare burden on patients.
