Keywords: Acquisition Methods, Bone, Knee joint
Motivation: Develop an advanced accelerated scan protocol to enhance the efficiency and feasibility of knee MRI for more patients.
Goal(s): Based on ACS and MultiBand technology, the MRI scan time of knee joint can be reduced without compromising the diagnostic value of image.
Approach: Evaluate 25 patients using ACS, ACS Multiband, and PPA protocols on a PET/MR system. Compare image quality through subjective assessments and objective analyses (SNRs and CNRs).
Results: ACS and ACS Multiband protocols maintained comparable image quality and diagnostic value while significantly reducing scan times. Despite slight regional SNR reductions, they demonstrated higher SNR in critical structures compared to PPA.
Impact: ACS Multiband and ACS improve MRI efficiency and patient comfort while preserving diagnostic quality

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.
After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.
After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
