Synopsis

Keywords: Epilepsy, High-Field MRI, 7T MRI, 7T Translational Alliance of North America (7TANA)

Motivation: The 7T Translational Alliance in North America (7TANA) was formed to facilitate the clinical translation of 7T MRI.

Goal(s): To understand the state-of-the-art of neuroimaging protocols across 7TANA sites, and the potential for developing a common standard protocol.

Approach: A survey was conducted for basic and advanced neuroimaging protocols across 11 7TANA sites. Survey results were visualized with Sankey and Sunrise plots and a common protocol was evaluated.

Results: Responses from 11 7TANA sites including 3 major MR vendor systems showed relatively consistent basic neuroimaging protocols, while there are considerable heterogeneities in advanced neuroimaging protocols across sites.

Impact: It is possible to develop a common standard protocol through consensus of the 7TANA community, despite the considerable differences across 7T hardware/software platforms. The protocols will be available on 7TANA website (www.7TANA.org) to facilitate the clinical translation of 7T MRI.

How to access this content:

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.

After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.

After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
