Motivation: Acquiring images in weight-bearing positions or pain-inducing postures can provide clinicians with valuable additional information.
Goal(s): Our goal is to find discernible postural-dependent differences in neuro MR imaging.
Approach: We conducted neuro MR imaging utilizing standing MRI technology. We acquired T1-weighted and T2-weighted images in two distinct postural positions. To facilitate a comparative analysis of images acquired in different postural positions, we performed registration by using SPM12.
Results: Our investigation revealed discernible postural-dependent differences in neuro MR imaging. Notably, the ICA exhibited posture-dependent signal intensity variations.
Impact: We conducted neuro MR imaging utilizing standing MRI technology. We acquired T1-weighted and T2-weighted images in two distinct postural positions. To facilitate a comparative analysis of images acquired in different postural positions, we performed registration by using SPM12.
