In
this abstract we introduce a new measure, the generalized diffusivity, to
characterize diffusion in biological tissues. The generalized diffusivity
include a tuning parameter,α , that allows differential weighting of
diffusion paths on different length scales. For α=2, the generalized
diffusivity reduces to the conventional mean diffusivity.
