Contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging allows detection of nonviable myocardium. Hardware and acquisition sequences have improved image quality while simplifying cardiac examinations. 3T MR examination may be better than 1.5T theoretically due to the higher SNR, but there still a long way for the improvement of the technique. The aim of this paper is to find the optimum time for delay enhancement examination at 3T.
