We have developed a robust fast 3D MRSI protocol targeted for pediatric neuro imaging. In this abstract, we show the feasibility of the technique to acquire spectroscopic imaging data from infants/children in 6:24 minutes. Preliminary quantitative spectral analysis was performed in the corticospinal tract to correlate metabolic variations in those with motor delay.
