Investigations into the relaxivity and complexation behaviour of GdDOTA-4AmP, a pH responsive MRI contrast agent

The pH responsive behaviour of GdDOTA-4AmP is of intense interest as an MR contrast agent since its pH response is ideal for use in vivo. This poster discusses recent results into how the structure of this complex affects the relaxivity oH response of the complex.
