Characterization of Two High Grade Human Oligodendroglioma Mouse Models Using 1H MRSI

Here we characterize two human oligodendroglioma xenograft models by their metabolic profile using ¹H MRSI and compare the findings to previously published human oligodendroglioma data. Particular metabolic differences were observed between the xenograft oligodendroglioma lines indicating the possibility to differentiate high to low grade glioma in these models using ¹H MRSI.
