Parkinsonism offers difficulty in early diagnosis among Parkinsons disease (PD), Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) and Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). Degeneration of basal ganglia and extra pyramidal regions of the midbrain has been observed in Parkinsons disease (PD), multiple system atrophy (MSA) and progressive supranuclear Palsy (PSP) using diffusivity (ADC) and fractional anisotropy of water diffusion in tissue (FA value).
