3D MR images of a Carnegie Stage 22 (54-58 days post conception) chemically fixed human embryo were acquired with a 512x512x1024 image matrix using a solenoid coil in a 4.74 T magnetic field for construction of an anatomical database of the human embryos. Because the T2 of the mobile water protons was around 10 ms, a 3D gradient echo imaging sequence with a short echo-time (~6ms) was used. Anatomical structures of the embryo were clearly visualized at 30 microns cube voxel resolution. The result demonstrated feasibility of a 3D image database of human embryos at the 512x512x1024 image matrix.

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.

After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.

After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
