Accurate fitting of a Multi-Pool Proton Exchange System with a Priori Fitted Two-Pool MTC Information

APT imaging has been used to successfully detect
malignant gliomas and other cancers. However, the
mechanism of APT signal contrast in tumors is still
unclear. In this study, we investigated the mixed
effects of conventional MT, APT, and NOE using a fitting
approach with a multiple-pool proton exchange model, and
fitted the APT and NOE signals basing on the prior
known, extrapolated semi-solid MTC information. The
