Both Arterial Spin Labeling (ASL) and Intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) are capable of evaluating some aspect of perfusion information. Alzheimers disease shows change in perfusion and anatomy. In this pilot study, we applied both ASL and IVIM to explore the characteristics features of perfusion in early stage of AD patients.
