Comparison of inhomogeneous Magnetization Transfer (ihMT), R1 and MPF for myelin specific imaging

We conducted a comparative study of ihMT metrics variably weighted in T_1D, with R₁ (1/T₁) and MPF (macromolecular proton fraction) for myelin specific imaging. These MRI methods were compared with histology by fluorescence microscopy using transgenic plp-GFP (proteolipid protein-Green Fluorescent Protein) mice.
