Synopsis

Keywords: Diffusion Analysis & Visualization, Diffusion Analysis and Visualization, iNPH, Neurofluids, Fluctuation, DNB, Delta-ADC

Motivation: To further advance the analysis of temporal changes in the apparent diffusion coefficient in normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH).

Goal(s): To establish a fluctuation magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), we applied dynamical network biomarker (DNB) analysis.

Approach: We assessed diffusion MRI-derived DNB index (dMRI-DNB index) in iNPH.

Results: The dMRI-DNB index in the frontal white matter was significantly higher in the iNPH compared with the control group.

Impact: We establish the basis of DNB-MRI and its clinical application to iNPH. The dMRI-DNB index enables to assess fluctuation of the water molecule in the brain.

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.

After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.

After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
