Motivation: Noninvasive identification of IDH status in gliomas is crucial for clinical management but remains challenging.
Goal(s): To evaluate APT-weighted and NOE-weighted MRI as biomarkers for distinguishing gliomas with IDH mutations.
Approach: Application of APT-weighted and NOE-weighted MRI techniques to analyze in vivo protein-related markers in 34 glioma patients on a 3T MR scanner.
Results: Significant differences in fluid-suppressed APT-weighted signals allowed for effective differentiation between gliomas with and without IDH mutations.
Impact: The results demonstrated the potential of fluid-suppressed APT-weighted MRI as a noninvasive method to improve diagnostic precision in predicting IDH status and optimize clinical management of gliomas.
How to access this content:
For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.
After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.
After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
