Keywords: Pancreas, Quantitative Imaging
Motivation: The preoperative prediction of the lymph node metastasis of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDCA) holds the potential to optimize subsequent patient treatment protocols.
Goal(s): This study aims to investigate the feasibility of utilizing quantitative values derived from the(High-Speed T2-Corrected Multi-echo MR Spectroscopic Method for Quantifying(HISTO)techniquefor the evaluation of the lymph node metastasis of PDCA.
Approach: A retrospective analysis of 66 patients who underwent HISTO technique scans was conducted to assess the diagnostic performance of relevant indicators.
Results: The Fat fraction(FF)value demonstrated predictive value for the lymph node metastasis of PDCA differentiation.
Impact: This research highlights the promising potential of HISTO technique in preoperatively predicting the lymph node metastasis of PDAC, offering valuable insights for clinical decision-making.
