Keywords: fMRI Analysis, fMRI Analysis
Motivation: The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation between functional magnetic resonance sequences and histopathological indicators of fibrotic kidney.
Goal(s): To verify the value of DTI sequence and T1mapping sequence in evaluating the degree of renal fibrosis in patients with CKD.
Approach: The glomerular sclerosis was divided into four groups according to the percentage of glomerular sclerosis, which were less than 10%, 10%-30%, 30%-50% and greater than 50%, and the corresponding magnetic resonance sequence parameter changes were analyzed.
Results: There were significant differences in DTI sequence and T1mapping sequence among different globular sclerosis groups (P<0.05).
Impact: In this study, correlation analysis of DTI sequence and T1mapping sequence with renal pathological fibrosis indexes was performed to clarify their evaluation effect on renal fibrosis and prognostic ability of CKD progression.
