Keywords: Multi-Contrast, Lung, Lymphangioleiomyomatosis
Motivation: Previous imaging studies of lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) have focused on chest lesions; however, lymphatic system abnormalities have received less attention.
Goal(s): To investigate postlymphangiography computed tomography (PLCT) and noncontrast magnetic resonance lymphangiography (NCMRL) imaging manifestations of the lymphatic system in LAM.
Approach: Utilize the imaging advantages of PLCT and NCMRL and compare their differences.
Results: Both have their own advantages in displaying lung diseases and lymphatic vessels and branches in patients with LAM.
Impact: Both PLCT and NCMRL are effective for detecting abnormalities in the LAM lymphatic system. The combined use of HRCT and NCMRL plays an important role in detecting lymphatic system imaging abnormalities, and PLCT can be used as an alternative examination.
