Keywords: DWI/DTI/DKI, Cancer
Motivation: Cervical cancer is a leading cause of mortality among women, necessitating improved imaging techniques for better diagnosis and treatment planning.
Goal(s): To evaluate the feasibility and reliability of FOCUS-MUSE DWI in cervical cancer imaging.
Approach: The study aims to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy for abnormality between-group 55 cervical cancer patients, using FOCUS-MUSE DWI and synthetic high-b-value DWI.
Results: syFOCUS-MUSE1500 and sFOCUS-MUSE800 provided superior anatomical details and reduced geometric distortion, despite lower SNR.
Impact: FOCUS-MUSE DWI significantly enhances cervical cancer imaging with less artifacts and improves staging accuracy, enabling clearer differentiation between cancerous and healthy tissue. This advancement supports more precise treatment planning and better patient outcomes.
