Motivation: While previous studies have confirmed the ability of contrast agents to improve the visualization of brachial plexus, there is limited research on the optimal timing for ceMRN to achieve the best image quality.
Goal(s): To determine the optimal scanning time point for brachial plexus ceMRN by multi-phase scanning scheme.
Approach: After injecting the contrast agent, the “3D T2-NerveView” sequence with a scanning time of 5 minutes was immediately performed for six phases.
Results: The recommended scanning time point for ceMRN is 5 min after contrast injection, at which the brachial plexus can be displayed best and the interference of background signals is minimal.
Impact: Help obtain better brachial plexus ceMRN images.
May promote new scanning protocols for improving ceMRN image quality.

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.
After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.
After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
