Synopsis

Motivation: The Magic of Appreciative Inquiry in Organizational Change.

Goal(s): The investigative research method of appreciative inquiry is utilized to meticulously design a nursing support model suitable for fetal magnetic resonance examinations.

Approach: Researchers interviewed 20 pregnant women by phone for information. Also, they organized focus - group interviews with diagnostic doctors, technicians, and nurses to deeply explore content from different perspectives. Finally, a seminar integrated all interview contents. For data analysis, the checklist analysis method ensured scientific and reliable results.

Results: Use the Appreciative Inquiry method to determine the key factors, construct a new model and improve the experience.

Impact: This study has the potential to revolutionize the work of obstetricians, prenatal care physicians, and magnetic resonance engineers. It can foster new collaborative models, present novel directions for research related to fetuses, and inspire further exploration.
