Synopsis

Keywords:

Motivation: Why a young girl with bilateral buttock pain and needed pain killer almost everyday.

Goal(s): MRI examination protocol is important according to the clinical symptom.

Approach: Do MRI GYN examination protocol to diagnost the reason of buttock pain.

Results: Subacute blood products in haematometrocolpos and severe distension of the uterine cavity and vagina. Imperforate hymen is the final diagnostic.

Impact: The diagnosis of imperforate hymen is often missed in clinical because its low incidence. So radiographer should according to the patient's condition and inform to the radiologist. Make the good suggestion could help patients.
