Keywords:

Motivation: There are no documentation and tabulated data regarding Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) education since MRI courses are integrated with radiography in Nepal.

Goal(s): The goal of our study is to demonstrate the present overview of MRI education in Nepal.

Approach: We aim to collect data from the Medical Education Commission (MEC) of the Government of Nepal, based in Kathmandu.

Results: We found out MRI education is emerging recently in Nepal as the higher number of educational institutions are offering undergraduate MRI study.

Impact: To our best knowledge, this is the first time the MRI education distribution data across Nepal is documented. These findings provided the current situation of MRI education infrastructure in Nepal that could be used by government bodies to plan it more properly.
